A Bond is a fixed income instrument created by borrower made agreement between investors and borrower to raising capital. Bond is generally issued by government, state enterprise, Bank of Thailand and Companies in order to raise money for their projects or operations. Bond issuer has an obligation to pay fixed or variable interest on agreed term and principal on the maturity date. Bond in Thailand mostly suitable for High Net worth investors. For Retail investors may invest in bond through mutual fund. Bond is one of the asset class that has lower risk than equity which can be used in Asset Allocation to reduce risk of portfolio.

Our bonds are traded via Over-the-counter (OTC). or without central exchange. Both parties will agree on both the price and the amount of the bond to be sold together.

 

Clients can inquire bond lists that the Company has for sale and the price from Investment Consultant. The company also has a project to develop a platform for the trading of bond through the website in the future
