Type of Trading Account
CGS-CIMB grants a trading limit based on your financial statement and investment capabilities. The account requires 20% collateral. Cash and Stock in your portfolio can be accepted as collateral. Trade settlement will be Automatic Transfer System (ATS) on T+2 day.
Cash collateral will receive interest, based on the deposit rate as per the company policy.
Credit Balance account is a share margin finance service in which investors are required to put up cash or stocks as collateral with the broker.
The company reserves the right to change the margin securities list and interest rate.
